Adults Riding For Fun and Fitness

Friday Mornings

These recommence from Friday 18th April, as the kids go back to school for Term 2, 2024.

This class is just for the grown ups,  it doesn’t matter where you are up to with your riding ability, beginner or experience, we combine a little bit of learning with lots of fun on horse back.

We saddle the horses, work on skills on our arena, regular riders may get on the trail,  then head back to our horse yards to wash off the horses and (for those who have time to stay) finish the morning with a cup of tea together . Whether you come regularly or just occasionally everyone is welcome.

For those of you with your own horses, bring them along for a quiet morning of riding through the bush, if you compete, it’s great way to break up the training schedule for you and  your horse .

Come and enjoy a morning of horses, outside in the great outdoors, whilst getting fit!

9 am – around midday, includes morning tea

For riders  using our wonderful horses $80 and $45 byo horse

PLEASE NOTE: For the comfort of our horses we have a 100 kg weight limit.

Trail Rides

We no longer offer traditional trail rides – this is due to the insurance premiums being through the roof for the “get on and go” type rides. This class include trails for those riders who complete a minimum of four lessons with us as long as their riding ability permits. This ensures that all riders have them minimum experience required to go out on a trail and allows our instructors to ensure that everyone on the trail stays safe and has fun – it also allows us to stop and learn / relearn skills as and when needed.
