We look forward to having you all along again this year, for our spectacular Charity Gymkhana!! We have raised the bar with even more prize money available!!! So make sure you nominate to be in the running to take home some extra pocket money.

Horse Health Declaration these must be completed online with your nominations
Main Gymkhana Events: Sack race, Egg and Spoon, Bend, Boot race (lolly race for assisted riders), Key Hole, Snakes and Ladders, Flag Race, bounce pony, drum and peg, sporting figure of 8.
The rules for many of these games can be found in the Sporting Gymkhana Rule book We will also be following Pony Club Australia rules for gear check Pony Club gear check , and if you have any gear enquires please email us before the day.

Nominations for 10 gymkhana games $25 per rider
No need to be a member of an association – however we will be following Pony Club Australia gear check and any gear questions please contact us. Please note our insurance requires helmets to be less than 5 years old, we have helmets to hire on site $55 with $50 refunded on return of the helmet.
We have walk trot groups for those who are not quite ready for the Flat out groups, kids and adults. If we have large nominations we will divide groups
Team fancy dress is an option – as this event is strictly for fun we love for you to be dressed up (ensuring that the dress up doesn’t interfere with horse or rider)
If the horse is being used for a lead rider, please let us know if you would like to enter that horse in an open event e.g. parent lead a walk rider then goes into the adults walk trot group – the horse wouldn’t be over extended in this way 🙂
Helmets are to be worn by all riders, if your helmet is more than 5 years old from date of manufacture we have some available for $55 ($50 refunded on return of the helmet)
Nominations for feature events Open $20 / rider and junior $12 – prize money as above
For the Feature events riders can nominate for every event they are eligible eg an U12 years e.g. rider can ride in U12, U17 and the Open event to have a crack at winning the prize money!!

If you haven’t been to one of our Charity Gymkhanas, it’s a blast, we start the little one’s off early so they can be done and dusted their gymkhana games early so the grown ups can bring a horse and compete too if they want.
Make sure you bring some spare $ to buy lunch, coffee, cake and for raffle tickets we have had some awesome prizes donated this year!
If you have a small business or would like to donate a raffle prize – They will be gratefully accepted on the day and before !!!
